I'm going to have to say SLAP - Other than always following his father, Indrajeet was actually a cruel
rakshasha.

Slap, Slap, Slap! - Had she not been lurking around Shri Ram would have not been pushed to this painful fate. (although all these happened for a cause of the avatar!)
Next is King Dashrath

Pass!!! Throughout his marriage, he was partial to Kaikeyi and snubbed Kaushalya & Sumitra. I feel bad for what he had to go through in the end, but don't like the judgement calls he made, like giving away his daughter in adaption, instead of raising her himself as a princess.

Then again, he loved Rama, and died after Rama's exile was confirmed. Despite the embarrasment, he broke the news of Sharan Kumar's death to his parents, although he could have just slipped away. Fought valiantly in devasura sangrams.

Both pluses & minuses. Hence the pass.

Next: Akshavati (father of Kaikeyi)

Slap!

Good part was that he taught Rama all the military shastras that were useful in fighting Ravan

Bad part was that he was greedy & vain - first coveted Nandini, blew up Vaishishtha's ashram, cursed his sons, tried setting up a parallel galaxy around Trishanku simply to upstage Vaishishtha, and cursed Vaishishta's sons with being born as lowlives living of dogs in their next life for declining to attend some yagna of his. His whole exercise of Bhramarshi was to upstage Vaishishtha.

Also, he was excessively mean and cruel to Harishchandra. Real lowlife.

Net result: bad.
