January 23 Update-Highlights

January 22nd ::- Most important thing that happened was Gunjan & amber slept together (drunken mistake) and amber makes her promise not to tell anyone. Aryan & Aditya are talking about how they are fooling Bhai Raja.

January 23rd:

• Gunjan and Amber enter, Gunjan runs to Fatima and starts crying. Everyone comes and asks why she is crying. Amber lies and says its because she was scared of the storm previous night. Bhai raja says not to worry now as it has passed and its nadini's wedding day. Amber thinks to himself that what happened was a mistake and hopefully the idiot gunjan doesn't tell anyone. (not kidding thats what he said idiot gunjan) Amber= Big Jerk 😡
  
• Nilima is helping Nandini get ready. Gunjan comes and has a sad face. Nilima tells her to forget that night and help her. Then some emotional speeches occur between Nilima & Nandini with Bhai raja listening and crying.
  
• Wedding starts. During 'kanya dan' some Bhai Raja's father enters and says the kanya dan cant' happen. (aditya has a smug look on his face) Bhai raja says he doesn't know who he is and says that he has no relation with him. Their dad keeps rambling about how he has changed because of money but he can't change his father and starts advancing towards the mandap. Bhai raja stops him and says, 'you took everything away from us you are not our father' and tells him to leave.
• Their dad says that I didn't' leave you at the orphanage. I went to get food and besides me someone was running all covered in blood, kept a knife in my hand and left. The police caught me but no one believe me and I have been in jail all this time. Raja still says that our mother died because of him, how can we believe he is our father.
  
• His father says that you are trying to become god by taking care of your siblings and making sure nandini is married. He tells all the guests that Bhai Raja is just trying to be great in your eyes. The truth is that Aditya is not from America and tells everyone who he really is. He shows Bhai Raja an article from the paper. Episode Ends

Definitely interesting twist, what I think is the most unnerving is that their dad has and argumentative tone and keep with it. You'd think if he was really innocent he'd be apologetic and understanding, even though it was a misunderstanding, if it truly was that. This is definitely fishy.
