Oh, I have a scientific explaination for this. Cows have 4 stomachs that perfom particular tasks. They eat grass, refine it and pass some to other stomach. The remnants are vomited back out to be chewed and refined again. They keep getting passed to other stomachs refined as much as possible and voila, we have milk!
