i noticed But in Delhi mostly golgappa salers always weared plastic gloves . i am not talking about road side golgappa salers (rehdi) .



when he is not serving why should he wear gloves and stand and get them dirty? 😕

he must wear just before he serves 😊

never seem any gol gappa person wearing glove!!
Haldiram people who sells golgappa always do this without fail.. and in Kolkata I have seen atleast 2-3 roadside places where they do this.. and the word swine flue was not known to the world then..

oh please for god sake if u dont visit india frequently doesnt mean u knw what s new and whats not. all the good thelas and food courts have gol gappa pani made with mineral water and person serving wearing gloves.
and this is since quiet few years so man pls do visit india often and then comment

In Mumbai I regularly eat panipuri at malls and there they do use mineral water and wear gloves. But you know the funny thing that my cousin told me? You will still get germs/microbes because the ICE that they use is bought from ice vendors and that is made with tap water. So even if majority of the pani puri ka pani has mineral water, the moment they put ice in the pani to keep it cool, the germs are there. Hehe my attitude is to not think too much and just eat. Jo hoga dekha jayega 😍😍

Calcutta isn't in Bangladesh its india or bangladesh since they speak all bangali!!!

I was recently in aamchi mumbai and went to chowpatty (am getting nostalgic now :( and had paanipuri where they were wearing plastic gloves. so thats common now i feel although i didnt see them wearing it at many other places.

now for pani puri we have to visit India...no other place is betterfor such street foods....😆

Wow, wearing gloves is a good idea. Never would expect that in India😲 I am never sure about the water they use either, so I stay away from all chutneys and sauces😆 Only hot food for me when I visit India.😊

Thank goodness he didnt see how the baigan ka bharta was made which he awarded the best 😆 At least golgappa bhaiya had gloves on...😆
