I can't help it .... i find her tacky and cheap but watching the engagement last night, i am kind of impressed ... this was a girl with no money/education/contacts and no visible talent per say ....

..... but she is everywhere, makes tons of money, lives the way she wants to, travels the world aand wears lakhs worth of jewellery on a dubious marriage and then gets paid for doing all this !!! .... Imagine, the entire country watching the daily drama of a bindaas or vulgar (whichever you prefer) woman from some chawl

who got her wish to wear stuff fit for a princess on her marriage and is discussed on prime time news and in national newspapers

obviously, we would all respect her more if her methods were a litlle bit more 'respectable' 😛 .... i still find her crass, nautanki etc etc .... but the woman has guts ... she has gotton exactly where she wanted to go .... There are hundreds of girls and guys who would do all this nutanki and much more for half the fame she has ... but are they successful ? .... No! (and thank god for that) ..... She might not be an 'inspiration' for many but one can't help being a little impressed

thats exactly what i always say abt rakhi...
u gotta give it to her...i mean there are 10000 such girls who would love to do all such nautankis to get fame.. but they are obviously not as successful as rakhi sawant! she has something in her....

i do admire her guts!

Very true and that too all alone and with foes around criticising her and trying to defame her with rumours and by being judgemental about whatever she does. If she is bad why talk about her and discuss. When you are discussed means you are important.

. I have never heard her speaking about any of her foes.

She is actually not formally educated, but brilliant business strategist, wouldn't you say? I think she cannot be ignored.. defines how someone without anything can fight for success. We don't like what she does, but she has had to make compromises along the way. You can't get success in your own terms.. especially not if you are from lower class background in India.
