No love.

If rakhi was in love with manmohan,no use marrying Ellu just for the sake of contract...this marrige has no love.Also,many newspapaer articles suggest that the finalist will be given a choice of marrying her or cash...so marriage has no meaning? all this was a khel? how can you offer cash,if she was serious abt marriage.

I agree....but she is a drama....we know that already..... she is just insulting the institution of marriage... nothing else...... queen of controversies............cheap

If she is in love with Manmohan.. then I feel really sad for her that it didn't work out with him. Even if she is not in love with Elesh and just likes him.. she can still marry him.. like an arranged marriage. love will happen later on. But if she is marring him because of the contract and because she is afraid of public backlash.. then it is really not fair on Elesh. 😕 then it will be better for her to just walk out. It will still be a respectable decision by her.

Well, actually, the show could be doing what so many parents have done in the past when they don't like the person their child falls in love with - if you leave my daughter, I will offer you X amount of cash. The person takes it and the child is saved from someone who never loved her/him. So, it could be used as a test to see if the person really wants to be with Rakhi.

As for the institution of marriage - not sure what has been insulted here. Our ideals about what marriage is can be very different than what others think it to be. Rakhi I think has an ideal about what she would like it to be.

And, as for Rakhi being in love with Manmohan - not sure about that. I think she has feelings for the last 4 of the men and any dulha would have to accept that she had feelings for others - this is how the concept works. Otherwise, if from the date on the stairs Rakhi had with Elesh where she first started to have feelings for him, she should have told the rest to go away - but then there would be no show!

Also if they give Elesh an option.. either Rakhi or cash and he chooses cash.. I hope people won't hold him guilty of not keeping the word.. because it will still be plan of makers to bail Rakhi out of this.. so to me he won't be guilty at all.. and then no sympathy for Rakhi from my side

@ samirah.. Do you really think the makers care about Rakhi so much that they want to make sure that the person really loves her and will keep her happy? I don't believe it one bit.. makers just care about their show, TRP and money.. whay else would Ather Parvez even be selected as one of the candidates? Don't tell me that they didn't know about his wife and children.. still he was there in the show. Why Manmohan was brought back after what happened in Hrishikes? Was all this in Rakhi's interest? NO.. but still it happened. So it is all about TRP for the makers. Hence to me this show is fake. And if they give that offer.. Rakhi or money.. then to me it's preplanned.
