Amaad tells Armaan that his baby won't mind that Armaan sacrificed him for his love and tells Armaan to give the medicine to Mahira while she begs him not to do so. Armaan apologizes to Mahira and says she is most important to him and he can't lose her or he will never forgive himself. Armaan pretends to give the medicine to Mahira and when Amaad is relaxed he snatches the gun and points it at him. He says he has learnt betrayal only from him. Mahira tells Amaad he can never cause harm to them or their child. Amaad tries to attack Mahira but Armaan beats him up. Armaan opens up Mahira and they escape from there while Amaad is on the ground.
Sameer is tied up and asking Kainaat to live him while she smirks. She says if she opens him up he will attack her again. He asks her what she wants and she says he can't give anything to her. She says she wants to send him to the mental asylum. He says he will expose her truth in front of everyone and she laughs. She shows him his recording where he confessed that he murdered Kainaat. She tells him this recording can go viral any time. She tells him he only has two options, jail or mental asylum and he should choose the mental asylum. She says when he will be fine, she will come and get him. He begs her not to do this and says we can talk and solve this. She says we will talk in mental asylum. The mental asylum doctors come and drag him away while he begs her and days he is her husband.
Mahira is resting on the bed and Armaan promises her he will let nothing happen to her and their baby. She promises him that no one will come between them. He brings his head close to her stomach and tries to hear the babys heartbeat. Mahira tells him that she is feeling pain and he goes to get the doctor. Mahira is talking to her baby, telling him he will be fine and wondering why Armaan hasnt come. She is about to get up when Armaan arrives with the doctor. The doctor tells Mahira that Armaan loves her very much and woke her up just to come and check Mahira. Mahira smiles. The doctor checks and says everything is normal. They thank her and Armaan tells her that the driver will drop her. Mahira says to Armaan that we completely forgot about Amaad.
Kainaat can't find her passport. The police inspector comes there looking for Kainaat and starts questioning her. She tells him Kainaat is dead, and that she is Kaira. He says how come her friend named everything to her and went to mental asylum. She tells him she needs to leave for her flight to New York. He says to her how will she go without her passport, and takes her passport out of his pocket. She is shocked. She asks him how he got the passport. He tells her that when she sent Sameer to asylum, his friend gave this passport to him. He says he has to arrest her for betrayal. She tells him that she has two names and tries to justify. They take her away.
Lateef and Khala are dancing while Armaan and Mahira look on amused. They shower her with gifts.
Mahira is shown doing exercise with Armaan.
Armaan is shown taking care of Mahira in her pregnancy and she hugs him.
8 Months Leap
Everyone is shown waiting eagerly outside the room. The doctor comes out and informs them that Mahira had a baby girl. They all congratulate each other and go inside to see the baby and praise her. Mahira is very happy and thanks the doctor. They all leave Armaan and Mahira alone and go out. He thanks Mahira and Mahira says that his daughter is here now and he should come back home. He says they are divorced, they cant live together. She says there must be a way. He says our daughter is here now, we will find a way.
Khala and Lateef are walking with Mahira and arguing about the colour of the babys room. Khala has called a woman to see Mahiras baby and Mahira shows her the baby. The woman says this baby is very special. The woman asks if the baby has any mark on her body. Mahira shows her the babys neck which has the same 8 symbol which Mahira had. The woman smiles and tells her this baby has a lot of power. She says that this baby can heal anyone who is hurt by her touch and shows her. The woman says to remember that this is a very pure spirit and therefore, she will be udner the eye of all evils because of her special powers and she will have enemies.
The woman is then shown as a devil and she goes back to her world and informs the others that the baby has arrived who they were waiting for. She says we have to finish her. Amaad is also shown lying there.
Precap: Mahira is making milk for the baby and it drops. Lateef and Khala say this is a bad omen. Lateef hands the baby over to Khala and she drops her. Mahira screams.
