No because it wasn't down to him, it was down to the writers. The same way this is down to the writers.
Not only QH but I think the script of other shows too are not planned. The script is given I think 2 days prior to the shoot, so how can Avinash blamed for it? And since he's a thorough professional he won't leave the show mid way unless the CVs decide to dump him like the other male leads.
