Sanam 2 is scared but Afreen says don't worry. She doesn't harm people who aren't dangerous for her. She tells Sanam 2 that it's true that Azad and Mahira's child has to be presented before the devil, but she will make sure that it doesn't happen. She says only her and Azad's child will be born.
She says something about Mahira going.
Mahira finds her younger brother and is relieved. She takes him away from the evil house.
Sanam 2 goes out but doesn't find Mahira, so she gets in the car to go after her and find her.
Mahira helps her brother onto the bus, leading to his chachu's house. Soon she will find a good boarding school for him. She tells him that she has to stay behind.
...
Then Mahira feels that someone is following her, so she runs for it.
In the morning, Sanam 2 finds her. When Mahira refuses to come back she tells her to save Azad. She says that Azad loves her but kept her away because he could be a danger to her. That he has a few sheitaani powers due to her own mistakes.
After all this, Afreen pops up behind Sanam 2 and she pushes her off the cliff. Next, she pusses Mahira to send her to her MIL.
Afreen goes back home and changes herself to look like Mahira. Her hand is still blue, of course!
She fools Azad saying that she is sorry and that his mother told her everything. She tries to get intimate with him. Azad asks her about the blue hand but Mahira aka Afreen tells him to ignore everything.
Meanwhile, outside Sanam 2 and MAhira enter the house. They look at each other and remember how Sanam 2 had clung on, and Mahira had been able to get back up and save her.
Mahira walks towards Azad's room.
