He is a born vampire - didnt Razia say that to KB - that's why he is special.

Maybe it was the effect from KB being a witch with extraordinary powers when she conceived him and was still carrying him during the initial phase of the pregnancy. This is of course dependent on the assumption that Azaad is her biological son.

I think he is human but on full moon nights, he turns into a vampire needing blood. Other days he is fine.

Anything can happen in Gul Khan's world and especially in QH.
