so sorry for being this late😳 and this is again a very short update coz i was having a hard tym to hunt my lappy and also previous week i got my foot fractured so the days are depressing🤪 depressing really? naah!🤣

Her anklet bells captivated his soul. It was the day of their nikaah and he stood talking to ayaan,zoya's friend. "zoya agai" ayaan mouthed. Asad turned around to stare at zoya descending the stairs with humairah at her side and her ammi at another. There was no doubt zoya looked beautiful in her wedding lehenga. And ofcourse asad appreciated her beauty somewhere but didn't show it. The reason being his ego and her annoying habbits. In the last few days he's gone crazy literally. His mind made way to think abt the day they went to eat icecream. Zoya eating crazily like a kid did disturb his forehead lines to crease up. Then there was always this careless side of hers when crossing the road whenever they went shopping. He remembered their engagement day. She was being quite all the time and he didn't knew what to talk.the light touches of their hand during the ring ceremony made them aware of some untouched chords of their heart but it was too early to recognize them. They actually didn't talk at all except the formal exchange of words. Then there came the haldi ceremony where they didn't meet. Mehendi was a disaster for him.he doesn't like the smell of heena and stays away from such thing. But he was going to marry ms. Farukhi! The same girl who was mum all the time in their engagement for whatever reason was talking non-stop at the mehendi function! Asad couldn't help but get annoyed and roll his eyes. He was feeling a bit alone as his dad was at hospital to carry dilshaad's reports and he at home all alone between all these girls! He hated waiting there in that smell for zoya to be done so that he can find his name! what was the need seriously he couldn't understand! But mis blabber suggested he should find out and saying no to his fianc who was a word shooter didn't seem like a gud idea to him. So holding his breath for hardly 1 minute he wandered his eyes at the beautiful designs on her palms and then gave up and left in a hurry to finally release his breath and be in a fresh air.he'd heard girls laughing at his state as he scrunched his nose in dislike. "ms. Farukhi! Unbelievable!" he'd muttered and left to his room. Sangeet they didn't arranged due to short time. Dilshaad's giggles made Rashid happy but her eyes told him another story.yes she was happy but fear ruled too! Not the fear of dieing but fear of loosing. But she was happy for asad. asad wasn't unaware of all that going on. Dilshaad's reports made him disturbed as even the doctors were unsure of the time she had. Knowing the truth and facing his mother smiling at him did things to his heart and lead to emotional nerves to breakdown. His mother's smiles made him smile and there was one more person who helped him to distract his mind from the misery. It was ofcourse ms. Word shooter! Her constant phone calls at home made them all to feel lighten up...he had to admit there was something about her which used to lift their spirits up. And even if her blabbering to nzma and his ammi abbu was a headache for him he was relieved that she didn't talk much to him directly. Neither did he! Now as he watched her sit in front of him through a dainty green veil the chances of him going crazy after marriage seemed to be 100%.. staring at his mother his lips curved up to see happy tears flash in her eyes. A different emotion but same wetness were seen in the eyes of Rashid,anwar and zeenat too. As for zoya she can't believe she would be someone's wife for real! Ofcourse she and humairah had played a typical ghar ghar game along with some more childhood friends. But that game still remained silly while this was something real and emotional in this case. Zoya was well aware of the responsibilities she would be handling...she knew well about dilshaad's state of mind...after the caf moment a very very strong bond created between the two.she felt lucky and blessed to have met a person like dilshaad and respected both dilshaad and Rashid. Nzma was a sweet girl and cooperative unlike her brother. Then again zoya had a lifetime to know about that that always annoyed asad! for the time being she wanted to spend as much time with dilshaad coz somewhere she was scared to loose her ...dilshaad was an influencing personality in zoya's life which made her think maturely and look at life with another aspect. It wasn't like she was ignoring everybody else...she tried to make everyone explore a humor bone in them even asad but him being him he stayed away! Zoya knew how asad felt and if he was annoyed be it that way atleast he won't be sad! So indirectly she started annoying him even after she didn't talk to him on the face other than some mischivious smiles and pleasantries on which he wud always roll his eyes and she would stick her tounge out. She heard qazi sahib asking her consent for marriage. Being a girl she always wanted her marriage to be special. Surely special doesn't mean a grand wedding. It was indeed a special marriage for her with all the loved ones with her. She smiled at ayaan who winked at her to bring her back from her thoughtful state. "qubool hai" "qubool hai" "qubool hai" She closed her eyes to wish her life ahead would be with all of htme present there.as she opened her eyes dilshaad was in front of her and there a new hope took birth as she felt a bit emotional. Believing in god she has learnt from her ammi who was holding her hand excitedly while her abbu was smiling proudly. The qazi asked asad's consent. One look at dilshaad and then zoya made the words flow out of his mouth rolling on his tounge. "qubool hai" "qubool hai" "qubool hai" Nzma was escastic thruought and smiled in glee to be finally done with it! Rashid and anwar hugged mouthing "Mubarak ho" so did dilshaad and zeenat. Ayaan too congratulated asad and hugged him. Humairah came to sit near zoya and hugged her tightly and gave her shoulder a teasing blow. Zoya grinned and shook her head as she watched ayaan and asad hugging. finally is akdu ko koi male company to mili' she thought and chuckled. Dilshaad cupped her face and pecked her forehead after making her sit beside asad and did the same with asad. Zeenat and anwar came forward and blessed the two. Anwar kept zoya's hand in asad's. unknowingly asad did eyed how perfect her hand fitted.he looked up to see a father's eyes asking him to take care of his daughter. Asad stood up to hug anwar while his hand still held zoya's. zoya too stood up as Rashid raised an eyerow at her. She smiled and bit her lips trying to control her tears. Her ammi abbu would leave after dinner. Atleast she can control till then. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- She was still sniffing trying to swallow the lump in her throat when asad entered their bedroom. Asad did feel bad but thought abhi abhi to ammi ise chup karake gait thi! Hai allah ek baar ms. Blabber ko to phir bhi she lu ye rona dhona nahi she sakta! How do I make her comfortable now!' He cleared his throat and zoya wiped the remains of her tears and turned towards him.watching him standing there handsomely she let her eyes wander over him. Her mischivious eyes gave her away that there was something going on in her devilish mind. He raised an eyebrow at her while her hungry gaze made him scared a little. Looking at his flushed state she literally laughed rolling on the bed. "very funny" he sighed and left to washroom. Zoya recovered from her laughing session and started hunting for something comfortable to wear. Asad came back changed in his night wear and widened his eyes at the state of his room. Zoya's clothes were lying on the floor while she sat pouting unable to decide what to wear. He had to look away from her cute spell. "zoya! Ye kya he??" "kya asad? she asked not looking at him as she finally got something to wear as per her need. Asad sighed irritatedly "I'll be back with the pitcher in 5 minutes and I want this room clean when I get back. Zoya stood up and saw her clothes on the floor confusedly. "oh sorry!" she mouthed as he rolled his eyes and left. "akdu abhi se order farmaana chalu!" she sulked and stuffed her clothes back at place before leaving to change. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- The night saw both newly wedded couple sleeping on the same bed and facing each other's back.BUT MAYBE THE DESTINY HAS PLANNED Something such that soon they might turn around and reach for each other.
