Okay!! Naff, this looks like she ACTUALLY said yes to Aahil being "Sanam". Then this just might be the same as I was saying, she would have an "illusion' maybe or "short term memory gain' again like that accident and would say yes to Aahil. And after that..back to being Jannat - Shaad ki biwi
