Ahil tries to get Sanam 2 to stop by telling her about dinner but she doesn't stop seducing him. Ahil then back her into the cupboard making a vase fall on her head and she fall unconscious then he put her to sleep as she sleep away also.Ahil wakes up as he dream he is killing Sanam 2, he finds her asleep and take her phone to the lawyer informing him about the fake pregnancy and he needs legal document. He then hear Sanam 2 waking and rush inside back but he caught him, so he start romancing with her as he delete the lawyer number. Then tells her he need time to open up to her, she give him seven days and they shall consummate their marriage. She then ask for him to go make her breakfast.Azhar's parent questioned Sanam 2 about her night, they can tell she didn't succeed as she is angry. Azhar's mom say he can have any father she wants to give her a child, Sanam 2 began thinking about the idea.Shaan ask Misbah why haven't she sleeping, she reply that he is believing Jannat and not her then emotionally blackmails him.Sanam is wondering where Misbah goes everyday and ask her mom, who tells that she feeds the orphans, Sanam is unable to believe that and goes to find out herself, she dresses in a burqa and follows her, Misbah turns but Sanam hides.Sanam then follows her to a warehouse where she held a girl captive and try waking the girl up to eat, the girl then refuses and plead to let her go. Misbah slapped the girl and tell her she can't let her go until her work isn't finished. Sanam wonders who is this girl and what work is Misbah talking about. Just then a box fall and Misbah is alert.
Precap : Sanam ask the girl why have Misbah kept her here, then the girl say she is Misbah. Sanam 2 is with another guy as per the plan to bear a child.
