I think so I have seen many of zoya's costumes worn by madhubala & aliya
Have seen sanam wearing few costumes of paro & Aliya eg sanam's nikkah dress during sahil nikkah was the same one paro wore on her wedding & sanam's chand raat dress was the same one Aliya wore for her sisters engagement

Maybe rented from designers for one ep by PH; Then the designer chipkaos the same dress to another PH

Good question about the clothes being washed

This is a dress worn by diff actresses on diff times

When they shoot the same sequence for a month or more like in KKB; They might be having a pair of the same dress Hai na?
