Jannat is mad on Shaad and asks him to say sorry, but he is adamant and says it half-heartedly. Jannat gets mad at him and asks him to behind down on his knees catch his ears and say sorry. Shaad does and Jannat forgives him as she says a wife can;t stay angry for long with his wife.
Misbah's ammi says sorry to Misbah as she put her through this. She says that sher never knew this would happen. Shaad's dad comes in asks Mibah for forgiveness and tells her that she is his daughter from now on. He promises to get her a better partner for her. Misbah asks him not to feel bad as if she married Shaad she would have become his bahu, but now look I am your daughter, what else do I need.
Sanam 2 threatens the doctor and tells him that she doesnt have a heart and that whoever shes her dead heart dies. The doctor dies due to a heart attack. Sanam 2 destroys the x-ray and she starts searching for her reports, while Aahil is waiting for Sanam 2. Shazia comes to Aahil and ask permission to meet her friend. Aahil then moves to the cabin and Sanam 2 is shown telling Aahil that everything is normal.
Aahil asks about the doctor and Sanam 2 says he had an emergency case thats why he left. Aahil is boggled He sees her hiding something and takes the reports from her. They go to the car when Aahil gets a call and he tells the other person that he was in ameeting. Sanam 2 accuses him of not wanting to accept the child. Sanam 2 on the wya home keeps looking at the report. Aahil drops the report on the table and Sanam 2 is about to take it when Aahil comes back and takes it and leaves.
Shashi Kapoor comes to Shaad's house and eyes Jannat who is sleeping.
