Shaad removed a broken glass from Sanam's feet and also treates her wound and Sanam wakes up. Shaad wipes her wound and Shaad is then seen looking at a picture of him and his friend on his phone. Sanam taps on Shaad's shoulder and asks what happened while Shaad wipes his tears saying nothing. Shaad asks how come is Sanam here alone? Sanam says she can't remember anything and if Shaad had not come in time, she would have been killed. Shaad thinks to himself that Sanam must be stressed due to the riot. Shaad says he can't leave without sending her home but he has an important thing to do and walks away. Sanam runs behind Shaad and Shaad asks why are you following me? Where do you want to go? Sanam says Home? If you are my husband, then we share the same house right? Shaad asks who are you? Sanam asks have you also forgotten? You were the one who said my name is Jannat and i'm your wife? Lets go back home now. Sanam says i want to leave from here and Shaad thinks to himself that looks like she really can't remember anything and brings Sanam with him.
Gazalla and her husband is discussing about Sanam 2 leaving the house and Sanam 2 calls them. Sanam 2 says that Aahil himself would come to bring her back home and she would be the begum of Bhopal. Gazalla asks how would this happen and Sanam 2 asks to wait. Sahil is talking on the phone asking to engage a private detective to find Sanam and Aahil receives a message he gets a pics of seher in the cage that says only the person could lead Aahil to Sanam and if he tries to go to the police, his family would be in trouble and Aahil sees the background and recognizes it and leaves immediately. Sanam 2 sits in the cage and says that she knew that Aahil would come to her and smirks.
Shaad asks Sanam if she don't remember anything and Sanam says she don't. Shaad says that she must be confused because of the riot and Sanam says its alright if she don't remember anything as Shaad is with her and rests her head on his shoulder. Sanam says that she don't remember his name who is her husband. Shaad says his name as Major Shaad and Sanam says that she can't even remember he is a Major. Sanam says Shaad and Jannat and i would never forget this. Shaad gives Sanam to eat noodles and Sanam says i can cook well and then stops and thinks wondering why she said that? Sanam brushes it off and says she feels that someone really loves her so much and would do anything for her. Sanam holds Shaad's hands saying see, you have come while Shaad thinks to himself on how would he explain to Sanam that all she is thinking of is not true. Shaad's phone rings from his Abbu which he cancels and says he has to leave now. Shaad walks and then returns asking if would Sanam wait here? Come with me and Sanam hugs Shaad being happy that Shaad is bringing her with him and says she won't trouble him much. In Shaad's house, Shaad is talking on the phone to his superior about Shashi Kapoor still alive and that his friend Liqaayat sacrificed his life. Shaad looks at the photo of him and Liqaayat and Sanam comes and sees the picture. Sanam says that she have seen him being murdered. Shaad asks where did Sanam saw and Sanam says she saw a person shooting him while Shaad keeps probhing Sanam to remember if she knows who was it and what was he wearing. Sanam says she can't remember while Shaad calms her down and Sanam says he only has 4 fingers. Shaad says that Shashi Kapoor only has 4 fingers and the details about this is only in the army files and that Sanam is not lying. She have seen Shashi Kapoor for real. Shaad asks if she knows more details and Sanam gets frustrated and repeatedly says that she doesnt remember anything else while Shaad rushes out and talks on the phone to someone saying only Sanam have seen Shashi Kapoor and he will bring her to Lahore and she will stay with him.
Aahil arrives at a place and sees someone sitting in the cage with bruises and Aahil shoutes Sanam. Aahil runs to the cage and sees Sanam 2 with her head injured.
Precap : Aahil asks Sanam 2 how she came here and Sanam 2 says she don't know how she came here and people were trying to kill her child. Aahil asks where is Sanam and Sanam says that the goons told her that they would do to her what they did to Sanam and Aahil is stunned.
