Can anybody tell me WHAT EXACTLY HAPPENED ?

So, the show has been revamped I see.

I have not been watching since sometime.

It would really help if someone can just fill me up with some info.

All I know is Sanam is in Pak, she is now called Jannat.

What really happened?
where is everybody else? Seher? Ahil?
How did Sanam land up in Pak ?

Sanam2 kidnapped Seher & sold her to a Sheikh, told Sanam about this. Sanam comes looking for her. Seher escapes, Sanam gets trapped. Seher while running from goons gets hit by a truck. Nothing about her was shown after that not even if she really died or not. The truck on which Sanam was captured gets into an accident, sanam falls into a river & reaches Lahore. Aahil thinks Sanam has left him in anger as she saw Sansm2's pregnancy report. Aahil looks for Sanam but couldn't find her. Aahil comes to know that Sanam2 is behind sanam's disappearance. He throws her out of the house. Sanam lost her memory. In a chaoatic situation Shaad saves Sanam(Jannat). Inorder to save her from goons he addresses her as his wife & gives her the name(Jannat). He asks Sanam about her identity.
