Is sanam part 2 bhoot ??

i dont watch the show daily but sometimes catch in tv. Aahil 's dusri biwi sanam is she a bhoot or somthing ??? I saw that phool chdhane wale scene where she gets blisters in her hands upon touching it... Can someone explain to me about this sanam part 2 ???
