I came to know about the coming twist(promo) through the forum. As we know yesterday tanveer covered Seher's feet with glue, so how will she manage to go to Aahil's room. And the girl lying next to Aahil seems to be Sanam as she was wearing that clothes yesterday. Let's assume the girl is seher which i don't think will really happen. Sanam comes in the room looking shocked. With both the twins together , aahil will see Seher. And may be he will try joining the clues and make Sanam understand if tanveer succeeds in her plan. And he too will understand why Sanam wasn't in the Nikaah. Tanveer plan in my view will help Sanam, Aahil and Seher. As rehaan knows Seher isn't like that.
