Sanam is surprised Tanveer saying the milk is poison, Ahil said he will drink it. Sanam say she would to prove herself, as the two argue who will drink the milk. Azhar's dad watch and thinks hope this plan don't get ruin while Seher also look on. Tanveer then took the milk and drink it immediately she fell down, Sanam is shocked. Ahil began blaming her as they tend to her. They call for the doctor, Rehaan arrive with him. Sanam is confused as she didn't poisoned the milk, Seher tells her it's a plan. Sanam is worried as what will happen. Seher say it's best if she just died as she have done too much. Sanam say she can't died, Ahil would never forgive her nor would he ever look at her again and she can't live without Ahil. Seher tells her Tanveer isn't foolish she probably have an antidote.
Rehaan and Ahil pray for Tanveer life as Azhar's dad thinks he have to give the antidote within 10 minutes and rushes to the door but in comes Ahil who sent him to get salt and water for Tanveer. Rehaan ask if it's true Sanam did this but he can't believe that ever.
Seher hides from Azhar's dad as he tell Sanam, Tanveer is dying as he leaves with the salt and water. He gives Ahil, while Rehaan remembers the good times with his mom, Ahil tries giving Tanver the water and also remember moments with Tanveer. Seher goes to see what's taking the doctor so long. Sanam is tensed. Seher brings the doctor to Tanveer room, after checking her the doctor inform what the fear might happen.
Pre Cap: Haya start yelling for thief in the mausoleum to which Rahat recognize her voice and calls for her. Rehaan closed the door on Seher while her hands got hurt and she cries Bappa in pain. Rehaan immediately stops and ask who is she? Sunheri? And ask her to talk, as she is not Sanam as everyone is thinking. Seher tells and they hug each other.
