Part 1
Latif is helping Ahil and they reach the mansion. Ahil tells Latif wanna go to Sanam, my new wife, who saved my repute, my familys repute. He goes to his room.
We see Sanam-2 dab her wet hair. As she looks in the mirror, the door to her room opens, Ahil enters. Sanam-2 is scared seeing him. Ahil imagines his Sanam in Sanam-2. He calls out SANAM. He tries to reach to her, extends his hand. He is about to trip and fall and Sanam-2 runs to him and holds him and they both fall on the bed. Ahil keeps saying SANAM. Right then Tanveer arrives and Azhars mom is delighted seeing them close. Sanam-2 explains.. he fell so. Tanveer says.. he fell in ur lap. Tanveer tells Sanam-2 that when Ahil gains consciousness, he should see u in new light. He should see the BEGUM of Bhopal in u. Sanam-2 nods. Azhars mom chides Sanam-2 for the plain jane clothes she is wearing. Azhars mom gives Sanam-2 new heavy wear to don and Tanveer tells Sanam-2 that she wants her to make breakfast for Ahil.
We notices Sanam-2 wearing Sanam's clothes. She walks thru the alleys of the mansion. She serves breakfast. Azhars parents attack the food. Tanveer asks Sanam-2 what she has made. Sanam-2 says.. samose, parathe, kabab. Tanveer fumes on her. She tells Sanam-2 that Ahil takes only english breakfast. She asks Azhars mom to tell Latif to make proper breakfast for Ahil. Tanveer fumes on Sanam-2 and throws her plate. Sanam-2 says. .why throw, i wuld have eaten. Tanveer tells Sanam-2 that she is not the Sanam who used to eat the jhootan, she is the begum of Bhopal and should act like this. Tanveer tells Sanam-2 that she has to eat what Ahil eats and if she wants that Ahil forget his Sanam she has to become the girl that Ahil wants.
Sanam-2 looks at the breakfast and sulks. Faiz keeps looking at Hayas pictures. BG-Main tumhara hun aisa dewana . He caresses her face in the picture. We see Haya wiping her whole face and body under the shower. She is horrified recollecting what all happened with Faiz. Faiz says.. my lies made u believe me. Ur mine and no one can have u. Haya keeps crying. Haya self thought. .i dun even remember what happened last nite, it all happened coz of that masked man. Gotta find out what happened last nite.
Part 2
Faiz is watching Haya working in the kitchen. Self thought, wow Faiz nice first trick. Lets play hubby-wife game. Haya recollects seeing the masked man. Faiz comes near Haya and puts his arms around her waist. Haya gets scared and almost stabs him. Haya screams saying sorry. Faiz says its ok. I shouldnt have back hugged u. He asks Haya to apply meds on the injury. Haya is skeptical. Faiz says will do it on my own. He turns to leave and Haya says i will do it.. u proceed, i will follow. Faiz smirks.
Sanam reaches outside Ahils mansion and self thought, din think in dreams that i will be able to come back in this house. She recollects moment with Ahil talking of their own house, their kids. Sanam self thought with my every step, i am going near my Ahil .. now no one can separate us... just give me strength Allah so i can tell all to Ahil.
Haya tells that she will find out today who the masked man was. Faiz is surprised and asks how. Haya says Rahat put high security cams in the house for safety. Faiz recollects dressing up as masked man. Faiz says.. Rahat never told me. By the way where are they put up, i din see ever. Haya says.. Rahat put them ..i have asked for the footage already. Faiz is taken aback but acts normal. He says good thing, we will find out the truth too. The doorbell rings and she leaves from there. Faiz worries that if Haya finds out the truth my game will be ruined.
Sanam-2 rushes to Tanveer and is crying. Tanveer asks the matter. Sanam-2 says ..i did what u told me to do. took breakfast for Ahil, he got angry and threw the breakfast away. He is leaving the house. Tanveer asks where is he going. Sanam-2 says.. he said he doesnt wanna stay in this house as this house has given him pain only. Tanveer says.. such a small girl .. always think on small things. Birds may fly high but by evening they come back home. Ahil married u in front of all, ur his wife, he wont leave u and go. U do what i tell u to. Make urself at Ahils standard. Latif walks to Tanveer with her phone and notices SANAM.
Part 3
Tanveer welcomes Sanam and says .. u tried ur best to ruin my life. Can never forget u. Sanam stares at Tanveer. Sanam recollects Seher telling her about Tanveer killing AsYa. Tanveer tells Sanam wanna introduce u to someone.. this is Sanam-2. She is so pretty. Sanam asks about Ahil. Latif says. .Ahil and Sanam says lemme go check. Tanveer stops her and asks where are u going, this is my house, not ur dhaba. Tanveer tells Sanam u left ur wedding, embarassed my son Ahil, what did u think. How did u do this Sanam.. u thought i will let this opportunity pass. This girl Sanam-2 is not a simple person, this is the Choti Begum of Bhopal. She is ur Ahil's new wife. Sanam is taken aback and stares at Sanam-2.
Precap ---- Rahat tells Haya not to worry. He says sorry i left u and went. Haya is in tears and says .. want u to give me divorce. Rahat is shocked. Tanveer says.. well now both Sanams are face to face. .. dono souts. She makes them hold hands and laughs.
