Hey maybe if both the sisters are going to live in IM, Ahil would have to be extra careful since he might keep mistaking Seher for Sanam (after all he just CAN"T differentiate between them)...I agree that once Sanam gets back and the mess sorted out he would keep his distance from Sanam and act awkward...
