After telling himself "I can't live without her" and "I will fight with world for her" how in the Effing world can Aahil slap Sanam?!

I don't think Sanam is doing anything wrong if she wants to tell Aahil ASAP (without any proof) how his mother and Khala Khalu tortured her to get her thumbprint. How can we expect someone to stay mum after s/he has been tortured like that? But yeah, Aahil will surely not believe her :(

TV guide spoilers are right a majority of times and Tanveer has succeeded in emotionally blackmailing and manipulating Aahil very easily, in the past as well as in the recent times, so the spoiler can be right as well but then wouldn't it destroy the whole meaning of Aahil's monologues that were shown in tonight's episode :-/
