She is an actress n she can romance wid anyone be it Rishabh, Karan, Vikrant, Raqesh, Karanveer or Sehzaad. Or be it any of her movie co-stars. Surbhi romanced or almost romanced wid 6 actors in QH. Wat do u mean by brother n sister n Surbhi luks elder than Sehzad? Is it necessary dat only male lead actors n story characters sud be elder than female lead actors n female characters?
