Sanam knew that Tanveer was having her Badi Ami shifted to some hospital in Shimla...but where was she when the ambulance came to pick her up?
Was she too busy with the best couple contest? I'm surprised she wasn't there to see Dilshad off...only Faiz and Haya were. 😕

Even I thought why didn't sahil come to send of dilshad? May be ahil was not well & sanam had to take care of him. Tanveer would have came on there behalf.
