Even I thought the same thing when I saw seher & Rehan in same orphanage. May be both would have been together for few years in childhood. We exactly don't know how seher landed in Mumbai. Seher seems to be educatuted. May be she would have gone Mumbai to attend her college through some sponsers & some how ended up in being a con women. Or may be at her teenage she would have ran away from orphanage & ended up in Mumbai streets. We have to wait till the story completely open up. Rehan would been only 1 yr elder to seher as we saw when tanveer was in mental hospital she was with her baby bump & once she returned to sm as gaffour's wife she was not pregnant. Hopefully tanveer delivered Rehan in mental hospital & baby was sent to orphanage & tanveer went to sm as gaffour's wife when asya was getting married. After a month of asya nikkah zoya conceived. So only an year gap between Rehan & seher. So high chances that they could be friends in orphanage. Coming to seher's confusion when she landed in Bhopal as years goes places gets changed. She was in Mumbai at night & morning she was confused where she reached as she slept off in car. It would a good angle if cvs wanted sehaan. Seher rocks!

She is represented like Zoya and the similarity is as orphan also. She takes no time to mingle with others like Zoya. Sanam didn't take time to mingle with the children in that farm house. So it's a very natural for Seher to play and know their names.
About childhood friendship we have to wait.

May be...Maybe not!!! I mean there is a very less chance of that. Possibilities are there depending on when Seher was taken out of Bhopal and by whom coz it's clear she left Bhopal when she was too young with her not having any memories of the past. But they could fall for each other. Lets wait for tonight's episode and see if Rehan remembers anything. 😉 😆
