Sanam, I agree, he has given up, after building his hopes not once but twice.
Alerting Ahil - That interaction, you referring to the one where Ahil gets angry over Rehaan while returning from Punjab, and then gives a watch to pacify him. I remember that, he says that he will tolerate AHil for Badi begum or something on the likes.
And you know what Soup, I don't think he was being grateful to Tanveer at all. I have a different theory on this, and will make a post on it, today, if I get time.
But coming to Ahil, You have a point, but I still feel, he is wrong in not alerting Ahil.
Rehaan on not stopping wedding - I agree his choices were limited, but he didnt even put up a fight. He believes in walking away, when faced with a problem, rather than facing it head on.
p.s. I have a feeling Rehaan may have alerted Ahil about Begum's intentions, considering the doubtful looks AHil is giving to Tanveer off late.
