Looks like Sanam will get to know her Mom thr' Sehar, she her Dad thr' Sanam.

There was a cake scene in QH1,where Asad brought cake for Zoya and comforted her,post that he took some active interest in Z's Abbu quest.Guess, Ahil will do the same and help Sanam.
Got to google what cake means symbolically😃

Aahil is taking baby steps to get closer. Its so incredibly sweet.

He returned the gesture of giving cake on his birthday, but was hesitant to share the moment with her, in case she pushed him away again.

Her talking to her mother really touched him. He could've wondered If I had said thank you for her cake the other time, would she have stayed with me as I lit a candle and made a wish?

*faints*'KV killed me in this episode. He just gets more and more gorgeous...😳

And the way she says Aahil...? Super intimate! In that intimate, proprietary , wifely way. It wasn't lost on him. How lovely is Sanam, she sees his gesture and accepts it as it is, a sweet one. And she doesn't believe the worst and misunderstand it.

There's more than one way to bring these two together: one, by having intense fights and eye locks; another, by these heart squeezing moments of showing what nice people they actually are to each other.

It's a beautiful post. You have described it beautifully. The scene doesn't need any words to describe but to feel.Loved when she stopped listening "am your husband". It was first recognition from his side to her in their relationship and she poured her grief.

The cake scene was epic. Two adamant demanding love, concern from each other without letting go their ego.
