Part 1
Tanvir is pacing outside the OT. Sanam is praying for Dilshads safety. A guy comes near Haya at the party and asks for a dance but the other girls comment that he is wasting his time as Haya is deaf and dumb. Rahat overhears the whole thing and comes and asks Haya for a dance. She indicates that she cant hear and Rahat says 'you can feel'. Rahat takes Hayas hand and the duo dance. Rahat twirls Haya. All watch the duo with a smile. Rahta lifts Haya up. Bg - Instrumental of Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. The decorations are showered on the duo. All clap. An undercover waiter tells his men to be alert, its time. A lady comes and asks Rahat if she can take Haya to play cards and Rahat agrees. Haya is walking away and keeps glancing back at Rahat with a smile. Armed militants sneak inside the party.
Sanam is nervous and Tanveer calms her. Doc comes and Sanam asks about Dilshad. Doc says operation is done. For few days she has to be kept in ICU for observation. A while later u can meet her. Sanam thanks the Doc. She comes in the OT and is in tears looking at Dilshad lying unconscious. She recollects all the moments spent with Dilshad. Sanam caresses Dilshads face, head and holds her hand. She is in tears. Sanam kisses Dilshads hand. Tanveer comes and Sanam thanks her. Sanam says you have done a huge favour on me by saving Dilshad. I dont have anyone other than them in my life. Tanveer says told you, you are part of my family, how culd i have let u break. Sanam says u have a huge heart, no matter what i do, i cant repay u. Tanveer says u can repay me. Sanam says will do anything u want me to do. Tanveer says i can ask u to do anything. Sanam says i swear on Dilshad, i am ready to do anything. Just command. Tanveer tells Sanam, i want u to get married to Ahil. Sanam is shocked.
All are busy with party when militants open fire. Rahat and others hide under the table. Rahat open fires on the militants. Rahat directs the men to take position to retaliate. Rahat spots Haya and is walking towards her when a militant has the units Boss at gun point but Rahat fires at him. The boss goes to call others. As Rahat turns, he notices Haya has passed out with injury on her head. Two militants point gun at Rahats head but he fires bullets at the light box and its darkness. The militants fire in darkness.
Part 2
Sanam is walking in the alley of the hosp in a daze. She recollects Tanveer's proposal. Sanam wonders what test is this. Dunno what to do. She thinks of talking to Haya but her phone is unavailable. Sanam thinks Haya is not back yet. She closes her eyes and recollects her promise to Tanveer. Rahat brings Haya to an isolated location..looks like a barn.. He shakes Haya to try make her conscious. He notices a lantern and ignites it. Rahat touches Haya and sees her body has gone cold. He rubs her hand. Haya starts to shake. Rahat puts his jacket on Haya. He lifts Haya and wraps himself around Haya.
Part 3
Sanam gets up and right then Tanveer comes. She asks Sanam if she has thought about it. Tanveer says i know this is tough for you. Not just for you but would be tough for any girl to agree to get married out of the blue. I know ..u and Ahil dont get along but what to do, its my compulsion. I cant get Nida married to Ahil. I cant ruin Ahil's life. Tell me what to do. If this wedding happens, all will be ruined. All the happiness of my house will be over. Am doing all this to save my house and family. Sanam, only you can save my family from getting ruined. Sanam is in tears. She says marriage is a relation of a lifetime. Tanveer says what if this wedding is only for 3 months. In these 3 months all papers will be prepared for Ahil to get the property and you can divorce Ahil after that. Tanveer reminds Sanam of her promise. Sanam is speechless. Sanam recollects all the interactions with Ahil. Sanam is in tears. She looks at Tanveer and then says dont think this is possible. Tanveer is taken aback.
Precap ----- Promo of Sahil nikah shown. Qazi asks Sanam 'Kya aapko Nikah Qubool Hai' and she says YES and then asks Ahil, who is surprised to see Sanam. Sanam turns to her left and Tanveer stands by her side.
