I thought it was because now Anwar Bhai is Anwar Jeeju...her sister has a husband! And it was once a bhai. And her sister is married. Married!! A marriage...means...

Well, Anwar bhai was like a bhai to only Zoya, never Zeenat. Zoya is the baby among 4 of them, so she called Anwar 'bhai'. What did you think?

And, it was the whole atmosphere of a wedding which was having an effect on her and it culminated with an unexpected 'qubool hain'. Just a young teenager weaving first dreams.
