Asad was determined to save zoya from bars. Even though she killed gaffour it was not intentional. She wanted to protect herself. Her virtue! If he bring out the fact he was 100% sure that zoya would have sent free. But he can't reveal the truth. Because he had promised zoya. Zoya! Even after all this she wanted to protect her ammi & bhai. She doesn't want them to be affected by this bitter truth. How can someone be so selfless?
Next day asad went to jail once again to get signatures from zoya so that he can appear for her as her lawyer. Zoya was surprised to see asad once again. When he explained the purpose of visit to her zoya was astonished.
Zoya couldn't control her curiosity.
Zoya: why do you want to save me? Even after knowing all the facts & it's clear that you will lose this case. Then why you want to to appear as my attorney?
Asad: look miss you are once again challenging me. Asad Ahmed khan will never lose his case. And don't worry I assure that I will not break my promise.
Zoya smiled. It was first time asad seeing zoya smiling. Her smile was so pretty! Her dimples! Asad had never seen such infectious smile in his life.
Zoya signed the papers & gave it to him.
Asad asked few more questions regarding her past. Zoya answered. Asad had recorded her answers in his phone.
In the evening he went & met Sameera in her college. Asad did ask few questions to her. Sameera was impressed by seeing asad taking care of each small small matters in zoya's case. Somewhere she was sure that asad will save zoya. Asad wanted to search zoya's belongings. Most of her belongings are in sm & few in her hostel in Mumbai. To get her belongings from her hostel is easy. Asad had met zoya's room mate last time in Mumbai. But to get from sm is tough. He can't go directly to her room. Sameera had promised to help him.
Asad had submitted the papers in court to appear as zoya's lawyer. Farhaan came to know this matter. Farhaan was furious. No one was there to support zoya till now. He thought she will rot & die in jail. Now from where an attorney came for her. Through enquiry he came to know asad's efficiency. One thing farhaan couldn't understand was why asad wanted to be zoya's lawyer? All the evidence is against zoya. Then why he wants to be her lawyer even after knowing that he will lose the case?
Farhaan decided to meet asad personally. On enquiry he came to know that asad had gone out of town.
Asad has gone to Mumbai to get some of zoya's belongings which he may need to use. Sameera had got few of zoya's belongings under asad's guidance. She couldn't understand why asad need all these. Only she can trust him blindly now. It's only asad who can save zoya from this misery.
Asad had not informed the reason for zoya's murder to anyone except Sameera. Rashid & dilshad could see asad in his study room for long time in these days. They only know there son can never let an innocent suffer. They gave all the support from there side. Asad used to refer his law books & internet sites for knowledge which he can use in this case. Asad knew prosecution is strong. He should be well prepared if he had to save zoya.
Farhaan got an appointment to meet asad personally. Asad was expecting this. Asad & farhaan met in asad's office. Farhaan was a bit hesitant.
Asad: mr.siddiqi I guess we both are wasting our time. You only wanted to met me in person & now you are silent.
Farhaan: look mr.khan why are supporting zoya?
Asad: mr.siddiqi she is my client.
Farhaan: mr.khan all the evidences are against her. She herself accepted that she had done the crime. She killed my abbu. I wanted her to be punished.
Asad: mr.siddiqi each & every human has the right infront of law to fight for there rights. That's why the court hear both prosecution & defence part. I am interested in this case.
Farhaan: mr.khan you won't win this case.
Asad: mr.siddiqi I have never lost any case in my life. I won't lose this also.
Farhaan: this will be the first case you lose.
Asad gasped.
Asad: mr.siddiqi I can understand your feelings. From your pov it's correct also. But you don't most of the facts.
Farhaan couldn't understand what asad was saying. But he was fuming. Why this man wanted to save his abbu's murderer?
Almost after 3 months of gaffour's death case came Infront of court for hearing.
