Just to add my two cents.

When RV first entered as Asad in SM, it was him against Razia and Siddiqui Sahab.

And he was gathering evidence to get Siddiqui Sahab and Razia in jail for doing what they did to Rashid and Zoya.

And then there were some tiffs and all that.

Then, when Zoya got kidnapped (after the Sunta hai mera khuda dance with Asad) and Siddiqui Sahab was the one who informed Asad where he could find her...Asad suspected and even blamed Siddiqui Sahab for the kidnapping.

Then Siddiqui got married to Tannu. The same Tannu who betrayed his trust big time and who tried killing Zoya like a gazillion times. And made them suffer all that they have.

And...Sidduqui Sahab is Zoya's long lost, absent father.

If you were Asad.

What would your reaction be.

I thought Asad's expression and reaction was exquisite.

It was amazing. He loves Zoya. Thrilled for her. But then came the news...This Abbu?

Don't forget at first he said in the car 'Mujhe bhi Milna hai'

So now say.

and and...was it so difficult to say "abbu 5 baje ye qatal nhi kr skte kyu ki woh uss waqt mere sath the?>" wait a min, Gaffy and Zoe were together, still she asked for asad to drive her back home???

Dilshu gonna hate zoe now. damn it i am not liking it. and nikhat is so unfortunate she cant even see her abbu for last time.

Watched the epi repeat and razia looks like playing her own game. She finally realised that tannu is using her.

Wince qh is gonna end I think shireen has come back to tie the lose ends.

Yea if Shirin aka Shabnam returned even after stories that she was not satisfied with her role, why not VM?

i don't know what to think about this leap.. it doesn't make any sense.. can't understand why even the channel would take such a rash decision when they know that over all, QHs TRP has been quite stable even though there were some downs..

And as someone (was it you or neena?) said a new story and a new cast will actually be an added cost for them.

Gita,something i have been wondering is whether Gul changed the story this way at that time when KSG left.. there was talk of killing Asad's character and all that time.. And KSG had said that he was staying for gul and that he was willing to even stay for another 3 or 4 months.. so that 3 or 4 months story is ending now.. so it could be that Gul planned the story to start fresh after he leaves but because of what happened between Zee and KSg he left earlier that Gul expected.

KSg talked of only killing Asad's charatcer.. but Gul as story teller wouldn't do it because she would know that audience would never accept Zoya with anyone else if Asad is killed off.. so she might have planned to kill both AsYa and start a leap freshly.

Even RV recently in his tweets said that he knew that his role was for a limited time.. so it could very well mean that he also knew that QH of now might be ending.. So it could be that this turn in the story leading to this leap was planned then and may be Gul feels that its better to continue it that way even if Rv is now there to continue as Asad..
could be that the story she has planned after a leap has become something that she believes would make another success and so she wants to go ahead with it rather than going with the original Qh story.
Problems she faced with Ayaan could also have added to it.. as she clearly said an interview that its going to be brothers clash but she had to shelve that idea as well because of VM going off etc.

I guess gul had to change her story many times. It's time she started working on bound script and be firm with channel, actors.

Your take on the leap makes sense, but why would RV agree to it only for 3 months. The leap has been decided in haste IMO.

Hope this time they make a serial with a small cast, fixed story and pre decided end date. A big cast requires big time managerial skills which gul and co. are lacking big time.

Yes. It was a dhamaakedaar epi. I saw QH after 3 days. But I realised the most important epi was today. I would've loved a lil more reaction time to Rashid's death. Everything happened too fast IMO.

RV and SJ were the only 2 ppl I noticed today and no one else. I guess I'm still a lil upset about AsYa's upcoming death and Tannu killing them hence can't gush about the epi too much .

This show should be renamed THJH (Tannu Hamesha Jeetati Hain) instead of QH 😭 😆.

Glad you enjoyed the trip. Good you made the trip last week. This week the summer has set in.

Everything happened to fast. As if cvs had been given a deadline to kill, call police, set Asya clash by Friday night.😆

RV and SJ were tooo goood but SJ was the scene stealer.

I still feel they won't show qh ending with Asya death. It should end with montage of Asya and their kids.

The death part can be kept for flashback in season 2.

Qh part2 should not have tannU. Bas keh Diya naa.

That line: 'Aapke Abbu neh, mere Abbu ka katl kiya' was very powerful! Why wasn't Ghafoor speaking up?! Is he on self-sabotage mode? 😕 Tej's Sapru's teary eyes pull at my heart-strings 🥺

TS silence,wajid missing, taaveez found, fingerprints, hoping for some awesome courtroom drama.

Oh goodness, Asad's 'laaparva lapaarva' chant pissed me off. Like he hasn't always been, is, and will continue to always jump to conclusions like a mindless buffoon :S

Buffoon 😆, you should comment often tanvi. Don't go missing between good episodes. Love your take , animated pics and heartfelt rants.

Zoya standing up to the Abbu she had finally found was so beautiful and heart-wrenching! :') I wonder if Zoya will always be this way, what about when she finds out he had a hand in the brutal murder of her Ammi? :(

Asad was gonna slap Zoya? And Haider just stepped in that wee bit as a half-baked intervention to stopping that physical abuse from occurring?
Haiders hand position was way too low to stop the slap. But asad wouldn't have slapped anyway.

P.S. I may sound biased as hell but Surbhi was the star for me in today's episode 😳

P.P.S. Dunno about others but I am willing to stay on to watch this show even after the leap, there's still a lot of potential and the people staying back are wonderful actors! :)

SJ was the star for me too. Actually this story of qh has reached it's logical end. Will watch qh 2 iffy s guls story and a new lead opposite SJ.
