Till now ayan didnt sign on divorce paper😭...when that episode will come????? i think in future they plan again to bring zoya to ayan...pls director we want ayan to divorce zoya legally pls...asya together lifelong...if u didnt have story to move we suggest u some stories, like let asad marry zoya,both live happy life,then asad met accident he will lost his memory,again fresh love starts between asya this story was my suggetion...

no they signed divroce paper but for that we have to wait for three monrhs.

ya marr is invalid,we know abt that but director suddenly will change the scenes...thats the prob with directors...

This is a show. It will go the way Gul wants it to go. So all that we can do is speculate .

But the flaws in Community Nikah are

1. They were asked only once , and they replied twice only. They should be individually asked three times and they should reply three times.

2. The Name on the Nikahnama as well as when they were asked to say QH was wrong.

3. They did not listen and reply, they were unaware, they said Haan unknowingly so , in. Islam you cannot be forced into a Nikah. You should be fully aware of what you are doing !

Sameway Talaqnama is invalid.

They were not asked about it, they were tricked into signing it. The rules of divorce are very complicated and since they had Islamic wedding , it cannot be a civil dissolution.

Talaq has to be done in three sittings and you should not be angry or under influence. Plus there are many other loopholes , so neither the nikah nor the Talaq is valid
