Rashid: Too Little, Too Late: Nov 6/7
Life is too short- Correct
Mohabbat hi zindagi hai- Correct
Main ab apni baaki ki zindagi sirf tumhare saath guzaarna chaahta hoon Dilshaad- Really Rashid?
Janab Rashid Ahmed Khan, you are right about life being too short and love being the essence of life but are you forgetting something crucial? Life is also about responsibilities and dealing with the consequences of your mistakes.
You walked out on Dilshaad 17 years ago
You capitulated to the shenanigans of an evil lady called Razia
You married another woman called Shireen
You had three children with Shireen
You never stood up in defence of Dilshaad when Shireen or the other SM waalas ridiculed her
You never helped her out when she was busy with the nikaah preparations of your two older children
You never supported Asad when he needed a father
Now, you have had an awakening thanks to your son, Asad and the love of his life, Zoya
You have had a life threatening illness.
You want to run away from all your responsibilities, forget everything that Razia did to you, wash your hands off a possible crime committed by you and reunite with Dilshaad? Do you think Asad Ahmed Khan would let you walk into his house just like that?
Rashid, we always knew you were a coward and spineless but didn't know you are also that selfish.
No wonder, Ayaan gets that trait from you.
Observations:
- Zoya and her OTT behaviors are back. Frankly, to me it seems out of place but I am not Zoya and I know Zoya tends to overcompensate her grief with OTT behaviors. I guess that's what we are witnessing right now
- Was Ayaan even attracted to Humeira? Any guy who claims to be in love would notice how beautiful his lady looks when she just walked out in a new outfit, on Diwali looking like an angel. Even during Tanveer days, Asad was always captivated by Zoya's beauty when she stepped out all dressed up. Now, what does that mean? Either Ayaan takes her for granted (like a much married man) or he really doesn't love her. He does care for her (phoojhadi scene) though.
