Zee TV's popular show Qubool Hai completes a year

Apart from attaining success in the ratings chart, Qubool Hai (4 Lions Productions) the extremely popular show made on a Muslim backdrop on Zee TV is also loved a lot by the masses.

Adding another feather to its cap, yesterday (29 October) the show has gone on to achieve the feat of completing a year in business.

Shares Surbi Jyoti, the beautiful female lead who made her TV debut with the serial as Zoya, "It seems only yesterday when we started shooting. This year went away like the blink of an eye. This show has given me a lot of name and fame and I am blessed to be associated with Qubool Hai."

The show brings across the journey of Zoya and Asad (Karan Singh Grover) and their tumultuous love affair. Also playing a strong role in the show is the talented Vikrant Massey who plays Ayaan, Asad's younger brother.

Avers a busy Vikrant, "It's been as great journey with Qubool Hai and it has taught me a lot as an actor. As I have always maintained, Ayaan's character is very challenging and has given me a chance to depict my acting prowess. It is a very different show and I am indeed glad to be a part it. The team is also an awesome one."

Elusive Karan Singh Grover remained unavailable for comment.
