Well I'm sure in Geet and IPKKND there were a lot of twists and some depressing moments too. I don't know to what extent it became depressing because I have never watched any of those shows but I have heard about them 😊 Twists and turns are what make QH unpredictable and I think that what people like about it!! Don't you worry I am so sure that AsYa will get married one day, Gul is not that dumb to just throw a beautiful couple down the drain like that!!!

Sorry but for all the talk of Gul's creativity, she operates on a single M&B template. The rich tycoon falling in love with the helpless female blah blah blah. And like another poster has pointed out earlier, there are recurrent motifs like intra family marriages that border dangerously on incest and perverse ideas that play out in the name of progressive thinking. In Geet, she made a woman play Holi with a man who had cheated her emotionally and physically, so what if he was her brother-in-law, and then, in another mind blowing twist, she made the girl pretend that the same guy is her husband even while she is now married to his older brother,
In IPKKND, she had a man's brother-in-law constantly lusting after thenamn's wife! So, in regards to QH, I expect her to come up with some more out of the box intra family equations, the beginning to which has already been made!To me, Gul is another Ekta, except that she dresses up her perverse and regressive story lines in classier, better mounted and so called modern romance!
IPK was actually 4Lions first show I started to watch and I fell instantly in love with it. Not to make any comparisons but IPK was a damn good show in the beginning, but much later on it went downhill.
Chemistry between the lead pair was extraordinary and acting wise it was superb. You should give it a try, if you want to see what they had produced before QH.Nowadays, a channel is showing re-runs of Geet and I have started to watch that. So far so good. Oh one more thing: I even watch the re-runs of IPK 😳I still have my positive thoughts about QH; every show has its shares of ups and downs, strong track and some weak tracks but at the end of the day it is indeed about re-uniting the lead pair. Its all about some patience...

Yeah I heard really good things about IPKKND...every single one of my friends and cousins used to watch it as well! I have seen a few of the episodes and yes Khushi and Arnav were so cute!! How long did that show run for? OMG I watch the reruns of Geet too, they've been playing it for a while now and I like it. It kind of reminds of QH because of the brothers lol. Yes, I'm very positive about QH too, I mean one day they have to reunite we just have to be patient. I'm sure Gul will make a great come back with AsYa's reunion!!

I feel that the main storyline is recycled. Main girl who is the polar opposite of the main lead guy who is a cold hearted business with a past. :)
