Now if Gul depicts this so called "nikkah" as valid then she does not know the meaning of nikkah. Both said haan or yes not knowing or personally agreeing to the conditions. Muslims believe that the person must make intention in a Nikkah for it to be valid.

This is pretty nonsense and bull shit!

In this community marriage, ie. Khaziaat, one had to get oneselves registered before hand to get their Nikaah done...

I mean how does an instant couple gets the nikaah done is out of my understanding...

A BIG BLOOPER IN MY SENSE...!!!
