I've always felt that Gul intended to follow the synopsis and ever since the 3rd engagement it's been crystal clear inspite of all the wonderful non-Zoyaan symbolisms on the forum😆
The sad truth is that stories of unrequitted love and multiple marriages have worked well in the past and thus we have been subjected to a plethora of such shows. However it is quite evident that viewers have had enough of this track and almost every show barring BV has failed at the charts when showing multiple marriages, even if "accidental", forced or fake. In any case, the country is in strife with such matters as is, I don't think it's very responsible of PHs to validate remarriages and divorces through their contrived storylines.
Personally, I'll be taking a break from today onwards and whether I return to the show or not depends on whether Gul decides to follow through with the rest of the synopsis or not😆 I don't have the stomach to watch Ayaan and Zoya fall in love🤢
Gul talked of there being no place for high class realism but honestly, what makes her think the masses want realism? Life's a bi*** and at the end of a hard day, realism be damned I'd rather watch a show injected with a fluffy dose of idealism instead. So yes give me pair fighting the odds together over this puke inducing, continually weeping pair whose IQ seems to match their shoe size.
