MEan m reading muslim n hindu law in my legal degree..bt even aftr go thru whole book I cnt fnd it...

Bcz as fr my info.bride n groom need to say qubool hai..n most important thng z...qazi sahab need to announce their name wid valid name also...thn nikaah tk plc...kk tis hapns in a nikaah..bt wat abt community marriage. ..

Vh b same hota hai..or thy follow different procedures

Dnt want to hurt anyone fl8ngs..bt trust me I dnt knw...m not in college rite nw..othrws vl ask my muslim law lecturer
