How can RJ of sabras know about love triangle?

How can RJ of Sabras know about upcoming love triangle while people here who are religiously following QH 24 x7 does not know about it. Unless it is part of marketing strategy by PH to test the market. Plus timing of the interview was also perfect vis a vis the promo shoot. I guess he would have been asked to include this question as a part of market testing.

Raj regularly has interviews with TV stars, Barun, Karan and Jenny being just a few
He's been trying to get Surbhi for a while now, but because of her hectic work schedule it wasn't possible
He even cancelled the interview on Tuesday because she's so busy!
Right at the end of the interview he asked her about it to which she herself replied they work with TRP's, twists and turns are needed so yes a triangle is on the cards soon

Being in the business RJs have extensive internal contacts with telly n bolly stars and PHs...if not this, its simoly hus guess based on original negated track
