I think its not acting problem, its not like Karan never hugged before passionately or he does not know how to act when a man gets turned on..Why will he look to stars out of the blue.. It must be script..may be they want to tell that, Asad still has not forgotten that he almost lost zoya few days before and its not easy for Asad to move on thinking like nothing happened at all.. So he is still in that mode, thankful to God

I think its deliberate lol 😆 There's a reason why a new character comes to make Asad jealous. I think Asad needs a kick 😆
