Zoya asks about Asad's next wish, where by he hesitantly tells her about the teacher in school who said he was very boring and that he'd never find a girl. Zoya agrees with it and asks, what about it? His wish is that she come with him to see that teacher to show how wrong Mrs. Rodriguez was. She obliges and goes in Mitwa moment.
Nikhat and Ayan ponder over Humeira's behavior. Nikhat thinks there must be some misunderstand. Shirin hugs Nikhat and says Haseena called to talk about Imran's wedding. All three of them are pleased, thinking it's about rejoining the relationship.
Zoya and Asad visit the teacher; she nudges him to wake her up and she asks who they are. Zoya and Asad introduce themselves. She takes her sweet time but doesn't remember Asad and calls him Akkdu. Zoya gets surprised and lets out her excitement at the similarity of word. The teachers teases him, much to his irritation. Asad proves to her about finding Zoya and then asks if she got hurt by his words, but she says she's happy he proved her wrong and found a girl for himself, then hugging the duo.
Najma and Nikhat both are dressing up, feeling elated; Nikhat not aware of the truth yet. Ayan enters Humeira's room and tries to cheer her up when she tells him to not hurt her again, remembering his rude behavior before the accident. She questions what does it matter if her birthday is ruined when someone has already ruined her life, letting him know she remembers everything that happened and his feelings towards her. He tries to explain but she tells him to not give her false hopes. She wishes he leave her alone and not hurt her more, for his presence reminds her of it all over again. When she tries to run away, her dupatta gets stuck in his sleeve and she jerks it away, leaving him alone to think how he has hurt her but now he has started to love her a lot.
Dilshad praises Najma and reflects on her happiness, while Shirin is having the same conversation with Nikhat, both talking about their dream and not wanting that wish to shatter. Haseena, at her place, has schemed to watch the tensed fun when Asad and Rashid would come face to face as they both are to come to her house at the same time for Imran's hand in marriage.
Both the families reach Haseena's house. Nikhat questions about Humeira and then says she's nervous. She remembers to call Asad but Ayan tells her to call her later on with the good news of her marriage re-fixed. He assures her everything will work out.
Precap: Haseena says she's talking about his second daughter, Najma. Both the familes are shocked to see the other and so are Najma and Nikhat.
