Unpopular opinion, but I found it to be cute. You have to realize that Asad had spent a month without her not knowing where she was, if she was alive and if she was okay. And he was imagining her everywhere, after that he almost lost her to Tanveer's plans. Watching her sleep gave him peace of mind, he is just glad that she is safe and he can see her now, she is in front of his eyes where no one can hurt her. I don't know if its just me, but to me when he closed his eyes and looked up it sort of seemed as if he was thanking god for her.
So no, I don't find it creepy or OTT. It was meant to convey something and it did. It would only have been creepy if he was watching her without her permission. And, it shows how much Zoya trusts Asad by allowing him to invade her privacy to such an extent.
And honestly people watch their girlfriends, boyfriends and spouses sleep all the time. It is not creepy unless you make it that way. You just feel inclined to because you love them, don't tell me you haven't woken up in the middle of the night and just stared at your significant other until you fall back asleep? Because I know I have and I know others do too. My bf is totally adorable when he sleeps and sometimes when I can't sleep I just look at him, because there is nothing else to do and he makes weird faces when he sleeps. It makes me smile for some reason. So to each their own I guess?

i actually found it romantic,
Asad is still reeling from the horrid months seperation where he had sleepless nights worried to death about Zoya's well being, seeing her sleep peacefully is something which will put him to peace, Zoya kinda forced him to give a wish,He first said that "my wish is in front of me"They have gone through a lot of ordeal, stuff which doesnt happen in a regular love story, and thats why tears of joy or tears of appreciation sprung to his eyes. I know its filler coz they were in Durban, but its was sweet

I don't know what to say Pri...I wanted to see a real mature romance b/w two engaged adults...these two are acting like my nephew and his girlfriend who are highschoolers. The whole watching her sleep scene felt very uncomfortable. Why isn't there any physical intimacy between two adults presumingly in love...I am not talking about sex but what about a passionate hug or even a kiss.
I liked the breakfast table scene. I truly hope that KSG gets a haircut...and once again I loved Vikrant...he is such a powerful actor...I wished there was someone equally good in humeira's role to compliment him...the current actress in humeira's role is expressionless most of the time.
