Its all cause of Karan's fandom to be truthful. 😆

But indeed, QH has gripped on people not only cause of its ahhmazing star cast but also for the Suspense Story which is such a hooker 😆

No matter how much you curse it, you will end up watching it, hence its much a loved soap than a hated 😆

Personally wanted to watch it cause not only cause of Karan but then it was a Muslim show with Urdu diction 😃
