haha good question! Yes,it essentially is allowed if you really really want to, but at the same time it's pretty difficult. After roza opens, they have to go to night prayers called taraweeh (I wished they showed this inQubool hai!!) which can get pretty long into the night. And you can only eat after sunset, right? So it's hard to fit in a wedding. They can do a wedding in the day, but what's a wedding without good food and songs and people with fully bellies?? haha.

Considering it will be a court wedding, shouldn't be too hard. All they need is a marriage license, a witness and the court official.
