Marriage is allowed during Ramadan but fasting people have to comply with all prohibitions.

But the bigger mystery here is how can nikaah happen because Tanveer said she is married! Even if she says she is divorced or widowed, marriage next Jumma does not comply with iddah. I'm not certain about this but I think one reason for iddah is to ascertain parentage should a child have been conceived.

Edited: I think others have also mentioned that a marriage cannot take place during pregancy.

When did Tanveer ever follow religion besides covering her hair.. which let's face it.. she doesn't do properly anyway? And according to Asad the baby is his and she's divorced.. so as far as I think he's allowed to marry her.

PS - sleeping before marriage a massive sin in Islam anyway.
