Zoya is not illegitimate

I was just re-watching the old episodes of QH on the Zeetv channel on youtube where the scene came up that Razia says that Zoya is her husband's illegitimate child. But when the description below was

I agree ! Its been running in my mind the whole while.
You see you have to throw out a lil bit of logic out the window when u want to follow QH.

Razia doe not call zainab gaffurs first wife. She categorically states that gaffur had an affair with zainab in America and on returning to Bhopal requested permission from his parents to marry her. They refused and he married razia instead.

Zoya is illegitimate. Razia is the first and only wife of gaffur she is just not his first or even last love.

r u really going to take the words coming out of Razia the evil to be true just same way as Asad the idiot does for Tanveer the b**ch? sorry really no offense meant to u but isnt it just a little too much to believe Razia. I mean if zoya really was illegitimate, it would have been zoya who should have been killed and not her mother. i mean if zoya was illegitimate and dead, then zainab would have been just a lover with no property rights as only zoya would have rights to ghafoor's money and not zainab. but if zainab was the first wife of ghafoor, then it puts both Razia's marriage as well as claims to ghafoor's money on jeopardy. why? a muslim man can only take other wives with the permission of first wife. if no such permission is taken, the marriage is declared null and void and any child born in this "wedlock" is considered illegitimate. if razia was the wife and zainab was the lover, then she (raz) had the law on her side and could have forced her husband to not acknowledge zoya. but she lured zainab to the factory and told her to back off and when she didnt, she killed her and put zoya in an orphanage probably believing that zoya might not remember anything when she grows up. Razia was probably wanted to save her marriage because of money and status rather than love. even if she claims that she did it for humaira, i m not going to believe her because that lady jeopardised her own daughter's character for selfish reasons.
