What is ailing QH?

Unable to find out what the PH / creative team is doing because it is seems like Karan , Surbhi etc are working very hard. However, there are no tangible results of their hardwork visible.

Is 4Lions team doing too many shows and not been able to give justice to QH? Do all people have finger in multiple shows to improve profitability and this has resulted in lack of focus & absence creative inputs. Forget the storyline plot, but number of bloopers are also too much.
