A general example, if teenager slept with someone else its still considered statutory rape though there is consent from both.
In context, if he hadn't forced himself on her then she wouldn't have done that. Right?

I am sorry if I have offended you. Rape doesn't necessarily mean an unknown person forcing themselves upon you. There are others too.

Yes in context if he hadn't forced himself upon her she would not have given in...but is that the excuse?? For example, if some man forces himself upon a self respecting woman and she cannot defend herself and sex is forced upon her..we will call it rape..and she will go to the authorities and report, isn't it?

Does Tanveer's body language suggest any such thing? She said woh behak gayi...a rape victim does not say ki woh behak gaya...

And obviously rape is not an unknown person forcing sex on another person...rape is only one person forcing sex on another person...it need not be unknown...marital rapes for one...

to me..when tanveer said ki woh bhi behak gayi..from that moment onwards...it was consensual...

P.S: Rape unfortunately in our country does not account for all the horrendous ways it can be done...it has to be forced sex to be labelled rape...if any other weapon is used as a means of sexual assault, it is sadly not even rape...it is only assault...and the punishment is also less severe...
