DOctor told Tanveer that she has anemia and she did not take injection.. She also ignored doctor's important suggestion.. So my prediction is:
Tanveer will faint because of her anemia and Khans will call doctor and doctor will tell them that Tanveer is 3 months pregnant.. Doctor will tell them that Tanveer has been visiting her since 3 months. This wil happen before Tanveer will use pregnancy card against Asad.. Everyone will think she is pregnant with her ex-husband's child.. But then Asad wil remember her fear of doctor and gets to know Tanveer was lying.. And he will confront Tanveer where she will cook one more fake story.. Tanveer's epic fail of using pregnancy against Asad..
